Dumpster Use
I, (the customer requesting service), agree to the following terms and conditions for the rental of the described services:
While refuse dumpsters are in your possession, you will NOT place or allow the following items to be placed in the dumpster:
*[Paints, Oils, Gas, Liquids/Solvents of Any Kind] [Paint Cans are acceptable if Paint is dried out]
*[Batteries of any kind: Car batteries, lithium]
*[Biohazardous material: medical waste, fecal matter, animal carcases]
*[Household Food Waste]
*[Firearms, Ammunition, Explosive Materials]
*All refuse must remain within the confines of the dumpster and shall not exceed the top or sides. Every attempt must be made to distribute the weight of the refuse evenly within the dumpster.
*The customer shall be liable for any loss of, or damage to, rented equipment beyond reasonable wear and tear.
Pricing & Payments
1. The customer agrees to pay a base fee for the container, which includes up to (2,000) lbs of materials, as well as any overages incurred due to overloading or additional days requested by the customer. The rental rate includes up to (2,000) lbs; however, due to strict weight limitations and associated dump fees, any additional materials will be billed at $0.02/Lb above (2,000) lbs after disposal. No dumpster is to contain more than (10,000) lbs of waste.
2. The rental price includes delivery and pickup within a 25-mile radius of Central Heights, Alabama. For delivery locations beyond 25 miles from Central Heights, Alabama, an additional mileage fee of $5.00 per mile will be charged for each mile beyond the 25-mile included service area. We may travel a maximum distance of 60 miles. The excess mileage fee must be paid in full prior to or at the time of dumpster delivery. Drop N Go Dumpster Rental reserves the right to withhold delivery until all applicable excess mileage charges have been paid.
3. The container rental includes use for the scheduled number of days. If the container is kept longer than the scheduled pick-up date, there will be an additional fee of $35.00 per day.
4.Payment for all base fees, as well as any known additional rental time, will be due upon or prior to delivery of the container. Any additional fees due to overweight or other charges not paid upon delivery are due within 14 days of container pick-up.
5. Any unpaid balance after 14 days will accrue 15% interest from the date of container pick-up until paid in full. A minimum late fee of $25 will also apply.
6.If paying by check and the check is returned for insufficient funds by the banking institution, the customer is responsible for all returned check fees.
7.The customer will be charged a $100 “dry run fee” if:
-The driver arrives to pick up the dumpster at the predetermined time, and the customer requests that it remain for an extended period; or
-The customer has blocked the dumpster in, preventing the driver from safely recovering it.
-In either case, the driver will leave without retrieving the dumpster, and the fee will be assessed.
Delivery & Pickup Disclaimer
Delivery and pickup times are estimated, not guaranteed. Drop N Go Dumpster Rental is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, equipment breakdowns, or landfill closures.
Access & Ground Conditions
Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to equipment for Drop N Go Dumpster Rental LLC during service times. Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Drop N Go Dumpster Rental LLC against any damage caused by trucks or equipment to pavement, curbs, driveways, or any driving surface or service areas. Additionally, customers agree not to overload dumpsters by weight or by volume. Drop N Go Dumpster Rental LLC is not responsible for cleanup of any spills from banned paints, liquids, or solvents of any kind.
Drop N Go Dumpster Rental LLC will use best practices to guard pavement, curbs, driveways, and all driving surfaces/service areas. Drivers will place boards under each roll off dumpster for added protection.
Right to Refuse or Remove
Drop N Go Dumpster Rental reserves the right to refuse pickup if the dumpster is overfilled, overweight, blocked, or contains prohibited materials.
Additional trips or delays caused by these conditions will result in additional fees.
Contents Ownership & Responsibility
All materials placed in the dumpster remain the responsibility of the customer until legally disposed of.
If hazardous, toxic, or prohibited waste is found in the dumpster after pickup, the customer is liable for all associated costs, fines, or penalties.
Weight Verification
Landfill scale tickets are final and will be used to determine weight-based charges. Disputes regarding overweight charges will not be accepted without documented evidence.
Termination of Service
Drop N Go Dumpster Rental reserves the right to terminate service immediately if the customer violates any terms of this agreement, including but not limited to disposal of hazardous waste or failure to provide safe access for pickup.
All outstanding fees will remain due in full.
Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Drop N Go Dumpster Rental harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use, misuse, or placement of the dumpster while in the customer’s possession.
Force Majeure
Drop N Go Dumpster Rental shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, accidents, strikes, acts of war, equipment failure, or government regulations.
Recovery of Equipment
Should the customer fail to return the container, Drop N Go Dumpster Rental reserves the right to enter the premises where the container is located—without notice—take possession of it, and remove it at the customer’s expense, all without legal process. The customer hereby waives any claims for damages resulting from such entry or removal.
