What forms of payment do you accept?We accept these forms for initial payment: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Venmo, and Cash App. Initial payment is due at drop off or before through online booking. For final charges, we will send a electronic invoice to be paid by card.

How do you dispose of items/waste?Items in acceptable condition are pulled from dumpsters and donated, metal is recycled separately, what can't be recycled or donated is taken to the landfill.

Do I need to be present when the dumpster is delivered?We would prefer that there is someone available upon delivery – we will do our best to put the dumpster in a desirable location for the customer, provided the driver can safely maneuver. If no one is available at the requested delivery time, the driver will place the dumpster in the most accessible location.

How much can I put in the dumpster?As much as it will hold while being level with the top rails. At Drop N Go, we strongly believe in fairness and transparency. Our pricing model is built on a ‘pay for what you use’ principle. However these dumpsters can't be fully loaded with shingles, dirt, or concrete. If you have these items let us know and we will advise a more efficient solution.
